What Does New Creation Path Coaching Do

1. What is New Creation Path Coaching?

New Creation Path Coaching is a Christ-centered coaching practice focused on helping people rebuild emotionally, spiritually, and personally after seasons of exhaustion, masking, burnout, trauma, or identity confusion.

This coaching is especially designed for:

The goal is wholeness, alignment, truth, authenticity,
and sustainable living before God.

2. What makes your coaching different?

This coaching combines several worlds that are rarely integrated well together:

  • Christian spiritual formation
  • addiction recovery understanding
  • emotional health
  • neurodivergent self-understanding
  • burnout recovery
  • identity work
  • practical life coaching
  • deep empathy with strong boundaries
  • a spiritually gifted and experientially trained ability to see the blind spots commonly missed

You are not simply being “motivated.”

You are being helped to:

  • understand yourself honestly
  • stop living in survival mode
  • rebuild sustainable patterns
  • reconnect with meaning and joy
  • develop emotional and spiritual clarity
  • move toward a life that is authentic rather than performative
  • uncover the roadblocks you didn’t even know where in your path

3. Do I have to be a Christian to work with you?

No. However without a receptiveness
to Jesus Christ as shown in the Bible would prevent
the fulness of the coaching services offered.
We will be talking about the Bible and Jesus.

My coaching is grounded in a biblical worldview
and faith in Jesus Christ,
and I am transparent about that foundation.

However, I can work with people at different places
spiritually as long as they are respectful
of the framework I work from.

I am not trying to pressure people into religious performance.
I am helping people move toward truth, healing, wisdom, and authentic living.

4. Is this therapy or counseling?

No. I am functioning as a coach and mentor,

not as a therapist providing clinical mental health treatment.

That means coaching is not designed to:

  • diagnose mental health disorders
  • provide therapy
  • replace psychiatric care
  • offer crisis services

While my background as a Licensed Addiction Counselor
and decades of experience give me a deep understanding of:

  • addiction recovery
  • emotional patterns
  • codependency
  • burnout
  • nervous system exhaustion
  • identity struggles
  • relapse cycles
  • family dynamics

I will not be doing direct professional counseling or therapy.
Coaching is different, but uses similar skills sets.

Many people may benefit from both therapy and coaching together.
I will make appropriate referrals if needed.

5. Who do you work with most often?

Likely ideal clients for my coaching include:

6. How does my recovery background shape my coaching?

Recovery is about far more than abstinence.

My experiences help me recognizes:

  • emotional sobriety matters
  • identity transformation matters
  • honesty matters
  • nervous system regulation matters
  • sustainable living matters
  • spiritual integrity matters

I understand what it means to:

  • rebuild life after destruction
  • sit with shame and grief, and overcome
  • learn emotional honesty
  • rediscover purpose
  • face uncomfortable truths
  • stop surviving and begin living

That perspective shapes everything you do.

7. What happens during a coaching session?

Sessions are conversational, reflective, practical, and deeply honest.
They will last one hour. The frequency and duration of sessions
will be determined on an individual basis.

Depending on the person’s needs, sessions may include:

  • processing being emotionally overwhelmed
  • identifying unhealthy patterns
  • discussing relationships and boundaries
  • exploring identity and authenticity
  • recovery support
  • burnout recovery strategies
  • spiritual reflection
  • practical life structure
  • accountability
  • goal clarification
  • prayer if desired

The environment is intended to feel safe, grounded,
direct, and non-performative.

8. What kinds of issues are you best suited to help with?

My model is especially suited for:

  • burnout
  • emotional depletion
  • recovery transition
  • people pleasing and codependency
  • identity confusion
  • chronic over-responsibility
  • spiritual exhaustion
  • masking and authenticity struggles
  • life transition and reinvention
  • purpose and calling exploration
  • rebuilding after collapse or major change

9. What if I feel stuck but can’t explain why?

That is actually very common among the kinds
of people I work best with.

Many high-functioning people have learned to:

  • suppress needs
  • override exhaustion
  • disconnect from themselves
  • survive through performance

Sometimes people do not need immediate answers first.
Sometimes they need space to finally become honest.
My coaching creates room for that process.

10. How is faith integrated into your coaching?

Faith is not treated as performance, image management, or shallow positivity.

My coaching approaches Christianity as:

  • truth
  • surrender
  • transformation
  • grace
  • identity in Christ
  • spiritual honesty
  • sanctification
  • walking in reality before God

Scripture, prayer, and spiritual reflection may be integrated
naturally depending on the client and situation.

11. What kind of coaching style do you use?

My style is likely best described as:

  • compassionate but direct
  • deeply reflective
  • emotionally attuned
  • grounded
  • honest
  • practical
  • spiritually thoughtful
  • non-hype
  • non-performative

I am not trying to create dependency.
I am helping people become more honest, stable, healthy, and aligned.

12. What results can people expect?

Results vary, but many people may experience:

  • greater clarity
  • emotional relief
  • reduced shame
  • healthier boundaries
  • stronger self-understanding
  • spiritual reconnection
  • increased authenticity
  • more sustainable living patterns
  • improved recovery stability
  • renewed sense of meaning and direction

13. Why the name “New Creation Path”?

The name reflects the belief that transformation is real.

Not instant perfection.
Not image management.
Not pretending.

But genuine renewal through truth, surrender, healing, wisdom, and walking with Christ.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.
The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”

2 Corinthians 5:17

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart,
and do not lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
and He will make straight your paths.”

Proverbs 3: 5-6

The path is often slower and deeper than people expect.
But real transformation is possible.
